It's Jessie!
Here's Jessie on Mom and Bill's front porch, tied neatly to the railing so that, presumably, she won't traipse off while Mom is photographing her. =)
I guess I just really like the layout of this photo, with all the flowers in the foreground and a cute puppy in the upper corner.

Aw, she's adorable. Dogs in "nature" always look cute. Some of the cutest pictures I have of the wuppies are of them outside traipsing around in my parent's backyard.
