When I called Jack just now to find out when he was coming home, I told him I wanted to go to the Olive Garden for dinner. His response was, "Oh, good. I want to go by Target and see what their mechanical pencil selection is like."

(Nevermind that he's checked out their mechanical pencil selection in the past and been disappointed. Maybe we'll swing by all the office supply places between here and there until he finds erasers for his favorite pencil or a reasonable substitute.)

Can you tell his third exam is coming up on Tuesday? He always gets very nervous about having the proper implements when an exam approaches.
